POSITION TITLE: Personal Banker

ROLE SUMMARY

As a Personal Banker at Coastal, you will be an integral part of our retail team. Your key responsibilities will encompass fostering relationships with clients, understanding their financial requirements, and providing customized solutions to assist them in reaching their objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluate client needs and suggest suitable products and services.
  • Engage with clients through multiple channels and outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to assist clients in achieving their financial goals.
  • Represent Coastal at community and industry functions.
  • Ensure adherence to banking regulations and complete necessary documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Exhibit professionalism and strong communication abilities.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities.
  • Proficient in utilizing PC applications and navigating Windows environments.
  • Previous experience in selling financial products and expanding client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with a results-driven approach.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Associate degree preferred, along with relevant professional experience.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance.
  • Demonstrated success in customer relationship management.
