Peraton is seeking a Senior Cyber Systems Engineer to enhance our support for ARCYBER. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in the development and upkeep of the DODIN-A network framework, focusing on bolstering security at the junctions where Cross Domain Solutions (CDSs) interconnect network enclaves.
Key Duties:
- Contribute to network defense initiatives by delivering engineering expertise to evaluate the technical feasibility of cyber programs and associated projects, encompassing software requirements definition, testing, validation, verification processes, and integration activities to ensure alignment with broader corporate and enterprise objectives.
- Assist in the design, transition, implementation, enhancement, optimization, and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Support the management of CDS networks.
- Oversee specified network appliances.
- Update and maintain network architecture topology diagrams to accurately represent the current CDS network.
- At least 12 years of experience with a BS/BA; 10 years with an MS/MA; or 7 years with a Ph.D. Candidates with a high school diploma and 16 years of experience will also be considered.
- Proficient knowledge of system integration and cloud-based applications.
- Ability to create network architecture topology diagrams.
- Familiarity with Army DODIN-A operations and a solid understanding of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPNs, Load Balancers, and Project Manager (PM) Tactical Network.
- Up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and trends.
- Expertise in Army cyber technologies, including relevant systems and tools.
- Broad familiarity with areas such as threat analysis, cyber assessments, forensic and malware analysis, virtualization, and information security policies and processes.
- Willingness to undertake domestic TDYs to government sites, with potential OCONUS travel in certain situations.
- Possession of DoD TS SCI w/Poly and the capability to obtain MEAD clearance.
- CCNP, CASP+, or other IAT Level III certification.

Target Salary Range:
$112,000 - $179,000. This range reflects the typical salary for this position based on experience and other factors.
