We are seeking a collaborative and experienced Patient-Centered Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based outpatient mental health treatment and medication management to adult, young adult, adolescent, and pediatric patients.

About the Role

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Sol Mental Health, you will work closely with our team to provide integrated care and employ varied interventions with patients in crisis. You will be responsible for providing medication management treatment to adult, young adult, adolescent, and pediatric populations, as well as caring for a diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and more.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a licensed Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the state of NY, with an active DEA license in New York and an active NPI number. You will also need to have at least 2 years of experience providing medication management treatment to adult, young adult, adolescent, and pediatric populations, as well as experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a Behavioral Health setting.
