Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations of safety incidents, including root cause analysis and necessary follow-up actions.
  • Engage in initiatives related to recruitment, training, and leadership development.
  • Establish daily operational priorities for designated areas and monitor progress towards achieving set objectives.
  • Oversee daily inventory management activities across Dynacraft facilities.
  • Coordinate production scheduling and maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) tasks for Dynacraft.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement action plans to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and inventory precision.
  • Collaborate with process engineers and team leaders to ensure comprehensive training for associates.
  • Verify daily attendance and time records for team members.
  • Document root cause analyses for inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective measures.
  • Manage the logistical deployment of team members effectively.
  • Train and assess the performance of department personnel, providing regular feedback and conducting evaluations.
  • Facilitate communication with other departments regarding plant-related matters and follow-up actions.
  • Acknowledge and reward team members for exceptional performance.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma is mandatory.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
