NTT DATA Services is seeking a highly skilled Audio/Visual Technology Specialist to join our team in the United States. As an AV Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions for our Design Studios and Sales Centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Signage Solutions: Design, implement, and maintain digital signage software and hardware to enhance customer engagement and experience.
- Technology Partnerships: Collaborate with our National Design Studio Data and Technology team to define and plan technology solutions across all Design Studios.
- Equipment Testing and Definition: Work with AVI-SPL to test and define equipment to best support use cases and improve functionality for digital signage needs in Sales Centers and Design Studios.
- Issue Escalation: Provide an escalation path for ongoing issues and concerns related to existing Studio hardware and related infrastructure.
- Technology Execution: Support the execution of technology in Sales Centers and Design Studios, working with Design Studio Managers, AVI-SPL, and corporate IT team.
- Appspace Software: Aid in setting up Appspace Software channels and help support ongoing Appspace content needs.
- Research and Innovation: Research and continue to identify new equipment to be tested, driving innovation in technology solutions.
- Travel: Travel up to 50% to support Design Studios and Sales Centers.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Audio/Visual or related technology field.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to apply creative problem-solving to address business needs and issues.
- Able to plan and prioritize while focusing on detail orientation and effective time management.
- Able to work with employees across multiple departments.
- Able to utilize department-specific technologies to solve business challenges.
- Participate in continuing education as needed.
- Keen interest in technology.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Excellent analytical ability and strong attention to detail.
