Job Summary

We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our restaurant to our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a Damn Good customer service experience for our guests
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
  • Perform various tasks, including cash handling, running food, and bussing tables
  • Previous experience working with a Point of Sale (POS) system is a plus
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
