Job Summary
Vail Resorts is seeking a Resort Lift Team Lead to join their team. As a key member of the Lift Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of resort lifts. This role requires strong leadership skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily operations of resort lifts
  • Assist with hiring, support, and training of operators
  • Monitor and document lift operator performance and behavior

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of previous lift or mountain operations experience
  • Able to communicate fluently in English

The estimated salary for this position is $22.00 - $23.00 per hour.
