Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Wealth Management Consultant at Upstream Life. The selected candidate will deliver comprehensive financial planning and advisory services to individuals and families. Your expertise will cater to a diverse clientele, ranging from those beginning their savings journey to those with substantial wealth. You will ensure an exceptional client experience by providing tailored solutions and strategic referrals that strengthen client relationships. You will benefit from the institutional research and trading capabilities of Upstream Life, along with the marketing and support resources of our organization and partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and collaboration with key partners
  • Strong commitment to goals-based financial planning and advisory
  • Possession of a valid and active Series 7 license
  • Possession of a valid and active Series 66 license (63/65)
  • A valid and active Life, Health, and Long-Term Care Insurance license is required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA or CFP are advantageous
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience

Technical Proficiency

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Bloomberg is preferred

Compensation Overview

Upstream Life is dedicated to equitable compensation, ensuring comparable pay for similar roles and responsibilities. The annual base salary range for this position reflects the expected hiring range. In addition to base salary, Upstream Life provides incentive opportunities based on performance objectives. Please note that actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure, and skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary: $75,000
