Perioperative Operations Vice President

As a key member of the Kennestone leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance improvement, coaching leaders, and developing systems to enhance patient care and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee perioperative services at Wellstar Kennestone Regional Medical Center, Windy Hill Hospital, and multiple Health Parks
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and quality
  • Lead a team of direct reports to achieve performance goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with system and service line leadership to drive business growth and cost-effective delivery of patient care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in perioperative services in a hospital/healthcare environment
  • Strong metrics-driven performance improvement background and ability to coach leaders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of financial analysis, planning, operations, and human resources
