Key Responsibilities:- Provides leadership and direction to the nursing staff on the unit under the guidance of the unit management team.
- Determines unit priorities for assigned timeframe with regard to patient care, patient flow (bed control), staffing, and distribution of resources.
- Ensures adherence to standards and regulations.
To be successful as a Charge RN, you must have:
- A valid Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
