Responsibilities
  • Provides general computer support, including answering software and hardware support calls, installing software packages and updates, and setting up and installing new computers.
  • Assists in HIPAA compliance, including ensuring compliance with privacy practices, participating in HIPAA training, and maintaining and updating PHI requirements.
  • Designs spreadsheets and databases, investigates and orders computer products, and provides limited training and instruction.
  • Tests and analyzes computer systems and programs.
