Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in the technical design, development, and execution of scripts to uphold Performance Engineering standards while crafting solutions aimed at performance enhancement.
  • Maintain quality assurance throughout the performance testing lifecycle of applications, pinpointing strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Guarantee timely completion of tasks, overseeing both external and internal dependencies, with meticulous documentation and reporting of all activities.
  • Establish application and transaction Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for performance, implementing proactive monitoring, alerting, and reporting to ensure compliance with defined SLAs.
  • Analyze, design, and create performance specifications and scripts tailored to specific workflows.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Over 12 years of extensive hands-on experience in performance testing and engineering.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in LoadRunner, VuGen, and LoadRunner Developer platforms.
  • Proficient in LoadRunner Cloud and LoadRunner Enterprise platforms.
  • In-depth understanding and experience with various performance testing methodologies, including Load, Stress, and Resiliency testing.
  • Familiarity with Application Performance Management (APM) tools such as Splunk SoC, Grafana, and Aternity.
  • Solid knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure), Kubernetes, and Web/UI JavaScript frameworks (e.g., AngularJS, NodeJS, ReactJS), as well as REST, JSON, and XML.
  • Capability to develop application performance test plans based on project specifications.
  • Adept at interpreting performance test results and identifying areas for enhancement.
