Job Summary:

As a Test Quality Assurance Specialist at Net2source, you will be responsible for owning the requirements gathering process and facilitating discussions with business and technical teams to manage enhancement flow. You will also coordinate and execute BST & UAT testing, leveraging a strong understanding of formal software test design techniques. Additionally, you will gather evidence and manage the documentation and upload of evidence to the test system, open defects with accuracy, and follow up with stakeholders timely to advise of any barriers preventing completion of tests.

Key Responsibilities:

Own requirements gathering process and facilitate discussions with business and technical teams to manage enhancement flow.
Coordinate and execute BST & UAT testing leveraging a strong understanding of formal software test design techniques.
Gather evidence and manage the documentation and upload of evidence to the test system.
Open defects with accuracy and follow up with stakeholders timely to advise of any barriers preventing completion of tests.
Work with stakeholders across functions and systems to manage end-to-end testing needs.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of formal software test design techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to support testing on a continuous and flexible basis.
Some late evenings and weekends required.
