Mission:

To conduct engineering assessments, address operational matters, and provide guidance on best practices to the Project Operation Manager (or designated representative) to facilitate the successful achievement of project objectives in alignment with the plans developed by the engineering project team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate project documentation, identifying errors and omissions while proposing enhancements based on insights from vessel operations management.
  • Support communication with Client Representatives and subcontractors.
  • Monitor work progress and site conditions, promptly notifying of any potential changes to project timelines or execution sequences.
  • Assist the Vessel Management Team in the planning and execution of work in accordance with contractual and technical requirements.
  • Engage in resolving technical challenges as they arise.
  • Oversee the execution of diving operations, pre-commissioning, post-trenching, and hook-up activities.
  • Provide operational support to onshore project teams.
  • Collaborate with Installation Engineers during the preparatory, mobilization, and installation phases.
  • Review installation protocols, loadout, and seafastening plans for offshore transportation to ensure safe and timely installation.
  • Ensure the accuracy of construction materials and consumables lists, coordinating with the Project Coordinator for timely procurement and delivery.
