As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the recovery journey of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional quality care, monitor and document client behaviors, and promote patient safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional quality care to clients
- Monitor and document client behaviors in accordance with facility and State requirements
- Promote and support patient safety consistently
- Deescalate situations and provide emotional support to clients
- Communicate with Nursing and Medical teams as needed
- Supervise the self-administration of medication, as necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred
- Previous work experience in the field of behavioral/mental health or a related field
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
- Impeccable customer service skills and attention to detail
