We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Cutting Edge Staffing LLC. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the recovery journey of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional quality care to clients
  • Monitor and document client behaviors in accordance with facility and State requirements
  • Conduct rounds and provide emotional support to clients
  • Communicate with Nursing and Medical teams as needed
  • Supervise the self-administration of medication and conduct urine drug screenings

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred
  • Valid Driver License and ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
