Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Analyst II to join our team at BOK Financial Corporation. As a Technical Analyst II, you will play a critical role in delivering superior services and acting as a liaison between the line of business and IT. Your focus will be on end-user experience, including user interfacing, user flow, data flow, and UI/UX strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write business and functional requirements, report definition, and data governance for complex Financial Planning and Analysis projects.
  • Analyze, design, plan, test, and deploy complex systems software and programs.
  • Identify the impact of Financial Planning and Analysis reporting needs and the resources required to achieve them.
  • Create complex reports from database repositories such as Oracle Financials and perform complex queries.
  • Manage complex projects using bank's existing methodology, artifacts, funding, etc., and perform testing on complex projects and enhancements.
  • Analyze data processes and data quality in accordance with Enterprise Data Quality Standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop data quality rules and remediate data quality issues for critical data elements supporting financial reporting.
  • Develop simple to moderate batch scripts & stored procedures and provide technical requirements/specifications.
Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or Finance and 3-5 years of directly related experience in Technical Analysis, Data Analytics, or Bank Operations or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Key skills include advanced technical understanding of single application data flows across multiple applications, software integration, system integration, and technology used, tiered environments, Oracle ERP, EPM, and OFSAA tools, advanced SQL queries, IT and IS standards and concepts, banking and payments industry and processes, solid conceptual thinking and analytical skills, and well-developed Project Management Skills.
