Key Responsibilities:

Short-Term Objectives (1-2 years):

  1. Formulation Development: Collaborate with product development chemists to design and refine coating formulations specifically for beverage applications.
  2. Technical Support: Offer technical guidance to clients and internal teams, addressing coating-related challenges as they arise.
  3. Data Evaluation: Conduct thorough analysis of experimental data, compile reports, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  4. Client Interaction: Engage with clients on-site to gain insights into their operations and identify avenues for enhancement and innovation.

Long-Term Objectives (3-5 years):

  1. Leadership in Innovation: Direct the creation of new products, ensuring adherence to established timelines and achievement of critical milestones.
  2. Manufacturing Process Enhancement: Gain a comprehensive understanding of and enhance the product manufacturing process to meet regulatory and quality standards.
  3. Collaborative Teamwork: Promote a cooperative atmosphere, working in close conjunction with various organizational functions.

Qualifications:

  1. A Master's degree or PhD in chemistry or engineering.
  2. A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in coatings formulation.
  3. Proven mechanical skills and capability to operate laboratory equipment.
  4. A successful history in new product development, with the ability to meet specific timelines.
  5. Willingness to travel occasionally to gain application expertise from equipment suppliers and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge and experience in spray application processes, particularly air-less spray techniques.
