Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise construction projects in the field, ensuring compliance with safety and client standards.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and observations to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Investigate work-related incidents and develop mitigation measures to prevent future occurrences.
  • Develop and implement safe work processes and procedures to reduce employee exposure to workplace hazards.
  • Provide weekly reports on major materials utilization and inventory.
  • Ensure all restorations are complete and schedule final inspections with regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of construction project experience.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate experience in schedule management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Precise hand-eye coordination and ability to read blueprints accurately.
  • Safety training and knowledge of OSHA requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 5 or more years of construction project experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Primavera P6.
  • OSHA 30 Certification.
Work Environment:

This role operates in a field environment, requiring extended periods of physical activity, including bending, squatting, climbing, and lifting. The ability to work in inclement weather conditions is also required.
