Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and bank statements.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, including tax laws and accounting standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the commercial construction industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including accounting software and spreadsheets.

  • A competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000, depending on experience.
