Job Summary:As a Commercial Construction Final Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring our construction sites are clean and safe for our workers and visitors. This includes tasks such as site clean-up, installing weather protection, general labor, picking up trash, and final cleaning.
Responsibilities:- Perform site clean-up and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and clean working environment
- Install weather protection and other necessary materials to prevent damage to the site
- Assist with general labor tasks as needed, including moving equipment and materials
- Pick up trash and debris from the site
- Perform final cleaning tasks to ensure the site is clean and ready for the next phase of construction
- English and/or Spanish language proficiency
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to different job sites
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- At least one year of experience with final cleaning on commercial construction sites
