We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at Smart Foodservice Stores LLC. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Restock shelves, maintain visual displays, and ensure a well-organized store environment that promotes customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in inventory management, receiving shipments, and counting stock levels to maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move merchandise as needed.
