Key Responsibilities:
1. **Implementation of Educational Strategies:**
- Apply the foundational principles and structure of the educational program.
- Tailor instructional methods to meet diverse student needs.
- Manage classroom environments effectively, integrating technology and resources.
- Utilize data analytics to inform instructional decisions.
2. **Coaching and Support:**
- Mentor educators in applying program philosophies and methodologies.
- Differentiate support based on the unique needs of teachers and students.
3. **Observation and Feedback:**
- Conduct classroom observations to assess the application of training.
- Provide constructive feedback to educators to enhance instructional practices.
4. **Data-Driven Instruction:**
- Leverage performance dashboards to guide instructional strategies.
- Adjust teaching methods based on student performance data.
5. **Administrative Collaboration:**
- Work with school leaders to identify implementation needs and provide feedback on instructional practices.
- Facilitate ongoing communication with educational leaders.
Qualifications:
