Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Oversee the hiring process for all therapists at the clinic.
    • Provide training and development opportunities to ensure all staff members have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care.
    • Manage staff performance, including conducting performance evaluations and providing coaching and feedback.
  • Clinical Oversight
    • Ensure that all clinical services are delivered in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by therapists, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
    • Collaborate with local franchisees and Ellie Mental Health corporate staff to implement strategies for fiscal and clinical efficiency.
  • Client Care
    • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
    • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as coordinate services with other healthcare professionals as needed.
    • Ensure that all client documentation is accurate and up-to-date, and that all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
  • Clinic Operations
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, supplies, and facilities.
    • Ensure that the clinic is running efficiently and effectively, and that all staff members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
    • Collaborate with local franchisees and Ellie Mental Health corporate staff to implement strategies for growth and development.
  • Marketing and Outreach
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the clinic and its services to the local community.
    • Collaborate with local franchisees and Ellie Mental Health corporate staff to identify opportunities for outreach and engagement.
    • Ensure that all marketing materials are accurate and up-to-date, and that all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Masters degree or higher in a mental health discipline.
    • Independently licensed with a Wisconsin-issued clinical practice license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LP).
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a mental health setting.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff members, and other stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
