Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, labor costs, and food costs.
  • Lead and develop a team of restaurant managers to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, labor laws, and customer service standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree in a related field, such as hospitality or business.
  • Food safety certification and knowledge of food safety regulations.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and other restaurant technology.
