About Our Team
Our team consists of professionals from various disciplines, including business, product management, operations, software engineering, and data analysis, who oversee the lifecycle of returned or damaged products. Our responsibilities are extensive: we train machine learning models to optimize routing, develop new channels for product re-use, and provide outstanding support to enhance customer satisfaction. We also conduct intelligent product evaluations and continuously seek ways to improve the return process.
Your Role
In this position, you will design and implement innovative models for Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLM), and advanced Computer Vision projects. You will leverage SQL for data analysis and utilize Python, Jupyter Notebook, and PyTorch for training, testing, and deploying machine learning models. Your expertise in machine learning and analytical methods will be crucial in creating scalable solutions for complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and assess cutting-edge models for NLP, LLM, and Computer Vision.
- Analyze data using SQL to derive insights.
- Train and deploy machine learning models using Python and related tools.
- Research and apply innovative machine learning and statistical techniques.
- Guide junior scientists and interns by providing mentorship and technical support.
- Collaborate with data and software engineering teams to integrate models into large-scale production systems.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in developing machine learning models for business applications.
- PhD or Master's degree with 6+ years of applied research experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience with deep learning methods and machine learning frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developing machine learning models for commercial applications.
- Familiarity with speech recognition, machine translation, and NLP systems.
- Experience in building Computer Vision systems.

Compensation
