- Provide world-class customer service, addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues promptly
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and features
- Collaborate with your team to achieve sales goals, improve store appearance, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Stay up-to-date on promotions, new products, and company initiatives through internal tools and resources

Requirements
- 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a team, support colleagues, and contribute to a positive store culture
- Basic math skills, accuracy, and attention to detail, with experience handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems
- Comfortable working a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
