Job Overview

Reports to: Players Club & Promotions Manager

Position Summary:

This role is essential in supporting the Marketing Leadership team with the organization, development, and management of comprehensive marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all relevant Tribal, Federal, and gaming regulations, as well as Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies.
  • Uphold exceptional guest service standards by attentively addressing inquiries and concerns from guests and team members.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and exclusive events.
  • Maintain effective communication with vendors and various casino departments, including marketing agencies.
  • Oversee advertising for promotions and events in collaboration with contracted marketing firms.
  • Represent the casino at various events, trade shows, meetings, and conventions.
  • Manage all aspects of event production and promotions.
  • Ensure all promotions receive necessary approvals from the gaming commission.
  • Verify the functionality of the PA system prior to any event or promotion.
  • Assist in the development of new event presentations and special promotions for management review.
  • Oversee all casino signage in partnership with marketing agencies and the Marketing Specialist (Media).
  • Exemplify and promote the core values and skills of KLECH.
  • Safeguard confidential information entrusted to this position.
  • Complete all required training and development programs.
  • Monitor compliance with Federal currency transaction reporting requirements and Anti-Money Laundering policies, maintaining accurate records as necessary.
  • The responsibilities outlined above are representative of the role and may evolve based on organizational needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of guest service experience in a dynamic casino environment is necessary.
  • At least two (2) years in a guest-facing marketing position is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

Employment Conditions:

  • Must obtain and maintain a KTTT Gaming Commission License, including a successful background check.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Reliable transportation for commuting is necessary.
  • Compliance with internal policies and gaming regulations is mandatory.
