Your Role as a Back-End Medication Management Technician
As a vital member of our back-end pharmacy team, you will ensure that all medication requirements and compliance standards are met for our patients. This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills across various workstations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in order fulfillment within our closed-door pharmacy environment, which includes the packaging and dispensing of medications.
- Review delivery orders for accuracy and manage stock rotations effectively.
- Rotate through different pharmacy workstations, including Packaging, Staging, Returns, Receiving, Narcotics, IV, Ekit, Compounding, and Machine Packaging.
- Receive product deliveries, stage products for distribution, and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Conduct physical inventories of medications.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A valid pharmacy technician license or trainee license as required by state law.
- One or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent.
- Preferred experience in long-term care or pharmacy settings.
- PTCB National Certification and a verifiable High School Diploma or GED.
