About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a Veterinary Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our veterinary team in delivering high-quality medical services.

Responsibilities
  • Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with medical procedures, including surgeries, exams, and lab work.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Conduct laboratory tests, such as blood work and urinalyses, and prepare samples for analysis.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans, including creating treatment schedules and monitoring patient progress.
  • Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's degree or higher in veterinary technology or a related field preferred.
  • Certification as a veterinary technician (CVT) or registered veterinary technician (RVT) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
