Job Summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Health Program Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Behavioral Health program, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering direct clinical services, supervising assigned staff, and providing day-to-day administrative management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Ensure that the program operates as planned and client services are delivered in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Staff Supervision: Assign, direct, and manage staff on a daily basis, including call-outs, vacations, and scheduling.
  • Client Services: Deliver direct clinical services, including assessment, treatment plan development, and implementation.
  • Chart Documentation: Ensure that clinical charts are accurately and thoroughly documented, meeting regulatory and insurance standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Collect and analyze data for monthly QA, PI, and UR reports, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Social Work.
  • License: Current NJ License (LPC or LCSW).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in a behavioral health context, with 1 year of supervisory experience.
Working Conditions

This is a per diem night shift position, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the program and clients.
