About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Registered Nurse Clinical Team Lead to oversee our clinical field staff and ensure compliance and ethics across their assigned region. This office-based role will support field staff throughout the region, with occasional travel to south of Boston, central Massachusetts, and greater Springfield.


Clinical Team Lead Responsibilities:
• First point of contact for field staff to escalate client concerns
• Oversees clinical service delivery and compliance
• Reviews weekly/monthly reports and escalates any trends or concerns to manager
• Documentation compliance oversight
• Oversees scheduling
• Manages care team caseload number and regions
• Oversees New Hire Orientation schedule for new hires
• Monitors and tracks KPI's

Clinical Team Lead Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• RN Massachusetts license
• Fluency in both English & Spanish (preferred)
• 1-3 years management experience
• 5+ Years experience in clinically treating patients, with a proven success track record
• Experience supervising, managing performance, and training staff
• Able to work independently & willing to work in the Field as needed
• Previous experience in home health care or other branch of health care (preferred)
