Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Maintenance Plans: Create and maintain a culture of safe, reliable, and compliant operations by developing and implementing effective maintenance plans.
- Lead Maintenance Teams: Develop and sustain a culture of high performance and accountability by setting expectations, organizing, planning, and leading maintenance team activities.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with reliability, scheduling, procurement, and other support services to ensure proper inventory levels and cost controls.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Enable Operational Excellence by driving Operational Discipline, championing sound operational practices, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Manage Performance and Development: Establish and communicate clear expectations for organizational behavior, manage performance of team members through coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback, and assist with development and adherence to the maintenance budget.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Advanced Degree preferred.
- Experience: Three (3) years maintenance experience; experience in the oil and gas industry, midstream preferred.
- Leadership Experience: Leadership experience preferred.
