Job Description:

The Senior Marketing Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our Marketing as a Service and Billing services. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily management of client teams, providing strategic direction to ensure quality service and efficient operations, and developing account strategies in alignment with overall business plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee personnel across client teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Provide management direction to ensure accounts operate efficiently and profitably.
  • Strategically engage Epiq resources to support proactive solutions and optimize account performance.
  • Develop and implement account strategies in accordance with overall business plans and goals.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with client key contacts in each local office.
  • Display high ethical standards, integrity, work ethic, and loyalty in all interactions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or commensurate marketing experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business process outsourcing or marketing industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years' professional-level work experience in a production environment and/or a client-service oriented field.
  • Working knowledge of PC applications, including Microsoft Office software and Adobe Suite.
Compensation:

The compensation range for this role is $72,000 to $85,000 per year, with the possibility of an annual bonus. Actual compensation will be dependent on individual location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
