Electronics Troubleshooting Specialist

At L3 Technologies, we are seeking a skilled Electronic Troubleshooting Specialist to join our team. As an Electronic Troubleshooting Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting tests on a variety of RF or digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or end products. You will use a variety of test equipment and log information in technical databases. This role requires basic troubleshooting skills, including troubleshooting product, subassembly, and circuit board failures to component level. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team and be able to traverse across the production floor for the duration of your shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct tests on RF or digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or end products
- Use a variety of test equipment and log information in technical databases
- Troubleshoot product, subassembly, and circuit board failures to component level
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
- Basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering theory
- Electronics / RF or Digital Troubleshooting Experience preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Associate's degree (technical discipline) is preferred
- Experience with L3 Technologies RFCD products and assembly processes is preferred
- Able to perform LabVIEW driven automated tests
- Familiar with basic test equipment, i.e. Signal generators, oscilloscopes, power meters, spectrum analyzers
- Ability to read and understand schematic diagrams
- MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
