We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Transaction Services Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert analysis and support to our clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct field examinations for asset-based loans to ensure compliance with GAAP and bank credit policy
  • Execute audit procedures to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements
  • Analyze financial data and collateral reports to determine the quality and accuracy of borrower information
  • Complete borrowing base calculations to determine loan adequacy
  • Document audit trails and write reports to detail findings and recommendations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in public accounting, auditing, finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in accounting, asset-based lending, loan collateral, auditing, field examination, or financial consulting
  • CPA, CTP, or CFE certifications preferred
  • Proficiency in data mining and computer databases
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Products, with advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments and communicate effectively with various audiences
