Job Summary
This is a part-time and full-time available position that requires maintaining the cleanliness of our club facility through general housekeeping and towel laundering. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service to our members
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the facility in all areas of the club
- Ensuring towels and robes are laundered and stocked in locker and fitness areas
- Ensuring all amenities are stocked in locker rooms and spa locker areas
- Cleaning all courts, inside and out
- Cleaning tennis patio, sidewalks, and parking lots
- Mopping, washing, waxing, and polishing floors and vacuuming carpets
- Picking up litter and removing garbage from all areas of the club regularly
- Operating cleaning equipment and tools
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Attention to detail
- Motivation and a self-starter attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally very heavy lifting up to 75 pounds
- Ability to climb stairs and climb unusual heights on ladders
Working Conditions
This position requires working in an indoor environment with exposure to noise, dust, grease, fumes, mechanical and electrical hazards, and potentially extreme warm temperature conditions. You will be responsible for completing Blood borne Pathogens and Hazardous Material training.
