- Proficiency in Excel and Word, with experience in Service Titan a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to adapt to new AI software and technology.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of office/customer service experience, with dispatch experience a plus.
- Ability to think critically and provide solutions to customer issues.
