Residential Counselor

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Counselor to join our team at The Center for Youth and Family Solutions. As a Residential Counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting the health, welfare, and safety needs of our residents.

• Interact with residents, assist them in completing daily routines, and document services delivered.
• Dispense medications and treatments in accordance with medical protocols.
• Complete assigned duties related to hall functioning and ensure residents' adherence to facility rules and regulations.

• High School diploma with relevant experience working with youth and families.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field preferred.
• Child Welfare experience a plus.

• Competitive hourly rate starting at $19.60.
• 37.5 hour work week.
