Rural Order Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Rural Order Associate to join our team at the Transfer Warehouse (246). As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for processing and building rural customer orders with exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service via telephone and email to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Accurately process and fill orders to ensure timely completion.
- Complete customer transactions on the Point-of-Sale (POS) device.
- Ensure all packages are properly labeled with customer information and ready for shipping.
- Perform general physical activities to load, unload, sort, and move products and materials.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience in a retail environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- TAP/TIPS Certificate.
- Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
