As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities encompass medication management, nursing services, staff training and supervision, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Training team members and collaborating with the nursing director
Upholding dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a homely atmosphere for residents
Assisting residents with daily living activities, medication administration, treatments, and promoting self-care and independence in accordance with state regulations
Ensuring care aligns with resident treatment and service plans
Adhering to infection control and safety protocols
Reviewing, updating, and communicating resident care documentation
Assessing health emergencies to determine appropriate medical actions within LPN scope of practice and state regulations
Your Qualifications:
Current LPN license in good standing
