Your Responsibilities:
- Administer vaccinations and injections, including but not limited to influenza, COVID, and TB tests
- Measure and record vital signs
- Provide emergency assistance in collaboration with the on-site provider during urgent situations
- Conduct patient registration, intake, and discharge processes

- Assist with managing the waiting area and perform tasks such as patient reminders, outreach calls, appointment scheduling, and serving as a chaperone for sensitive examinations to enhance the patient experience.

Prepare the clinic and waiting area to ensure the best possible patient experience
- Contribute to our mission of guiding individuals on their journey to improved health by facilitating excellent patient-focused interactions and activities

Qualifications:

Required:
- Previous experience in administering immunizations and injections, along with providing evidence-based vaccine counseling and education to patients and parents.
- At least one year of relevant experience in a healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in documenting within an Electronic Medical Record system.
- Capability to take vital signs

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and operation of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

- Ability to pass a FIT test and utilize the provided respirator mask when required.

Preferred:
- Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings. Familiarity with EPIC Electronic Medical Record system.

Licensure/Certifications:

The LPN/LVN must possess a full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia.


Education:

Graduate of a Practical or Vocational Nursing program accredited by the State Agency and/or the National League for Nursing (Accrediting Commission (NLNAC)) at the time of program completion.
