POSITION SUMMARY

The primary role is to assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily activities to ensure precision in managing incoming and outgoing products. Key responsibilities encompass organizing freight logistics, upholding warehouse cleanliness and orderliness, and aiding in the reorganization of warehouse layouts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Safely lifting and arranging items on pallets
  • Managing both outbound and inbound freight operations
  • Supporting the Operations Manager with various assignments
  • Ensuring the warehouse remains clean and systematically organized
  • Contributing to the identification of effective methods to enhance daily operations

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Less than high school education or equivalent experience

Essential Skills

  • Ability to handle boxes weighing up to 50lbs consistently
  • Capability to perform various physical tasks with boxes efficiently

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly sitting, reaching, grasping, and communicating
  • Occasionally standing, walking, and manipulating objects

Work Environment: Employees may encounter diverse conditions, including wet/humid environments and extreme temperatures.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with varying shifts and potential for overtime.
