Retail Sales Consultants will achieve success through effective communication and collaboration as part of a dedicated team.

This position requires a part-time commitment, which may include shifts during the day, evening, weekends, and extended hours during special events.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and engage them with inquiries to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on customer interactions and observations.
  • Uphold sales floor and stockroom standards with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Process transactions using the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
  • Exhibit professionalism and outstanding customer service to positively represent the Fanatics Brand.
  • Understand and embody Fanatics Values in relation to the Retail Sales Consultant role.
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by the management team.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Must be at least 18 years old, with a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly in a dynamic environment.
  • Foreign language proficiency is an advantage.

Physical Requirements:

  • Event scheduling may involve exposure to various weather conditions if assigned to an outdoor location.
