Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project work plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, including scheduling, submittals, and closeout documentation.
  • Manage material procurement, takeoffs, and processing of submittals, RFI's, and change orders.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with sub-teams and maintain adherence to budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards.
  • Process closeout documents and ensure project documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Attend and conduct coordination meetings, scheduling, and project document control.
  • Involved in all phases of project from bidding and proposals to punch list.

Requirements:

  • Approximately four (4) or more years of experience working within a HVAC, Mechanical Contracting, MEP, or Building Automation company with associated project experience.
  • Strong computer skills with proficient knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • BA/BS degree a plus, not required.
  • Strong understanding of MEP and/or HVAC building systems.
  • HVAC, Sheet Metal, Process Piping project management experience.
