Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching: Teach high-intensity Pilates classes on our custom-built reformers, ensuring a safe and effective workout experience for our clients.
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional hospitality to all BODYROK clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the BODYROK brand both inside and outside of class, embodying our values and mission.
  • Communication: Excellent ability to multitask and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Professional Development: Capability and interest in learning and growing with our expanding brand.
  • Teaching Method: Follow the BODYROK teaching method, ensuring consistency and quality in our classes.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 BODYROK sculpt classes attended, with a basic understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.
  • Scheduling: Flexible teaching schedule, with a minimum of two days per week available.
  • Certifications: CPR certified, with preferred 1-year minimum experience instructing one of the following: Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HITT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness.
Physical Requirements:
  • Physical Ability: Ability to demonstrate BODYROK method exercises and routines to clients, assist clients with exercises to minimize injury and promote fitness, and modify exercises according to clients' fitness levels.
  • Teaching Effectiveness: Teach effectively and safely during all classes.

The cost of training is $1500, with discounts available for early payment and prior certifications.
