Job Summary

We're seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our team As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and quality.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
