At Chicken Salad Chick - 02, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our team. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and expediting food and beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support and assist fellow team members in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and cook food to order, following established recipes and quality standards, and maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.
- Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of the restaurant team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods, with a willingness to work in a dynamic and physically demanding environment.
- Previous restaurant or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
