Job Overview

Addiction and Mental Health Services, LLC is a leading provider of addiction and mental health services, and we are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team.

About the Position:

  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Utilize strong assessment and critical thinking skills to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, prioritizing their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Administer medications safely and effectively, monitoring patient reactions and outcomes.
  • Supervise patients during self-administration of medications, promoting understanding and adherence.
  • Recordkeeping and documentation of patient information.
  • Participation in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or associate's degree in Nursing.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Annual Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
