Job Overview

As a Clinical Diabetes Specialist at Sequel Med Tech, you will play a critical role in launching innovative insulin pumps and future products. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional clinical education and product training to people with diabetes and healthcare providers, driving product adoption and persistent use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory planning and strategies with the Territory Business Leader to meet/exceed territory goals.
  • Conduct clinical selling strategies within assigned accounts, assessing referrals for product use in people with diabetes.
  • Facilitate product education and training for users of Sequel products, promoting the clinical benefits of automated insulin delivery.
  • Certify healthcare providers to conduct product training for people with diabetes.
  • Collaborate with customer care and sales support to optimize the user experience.
Requirements
  • A valid professional license in a relevant field, such as RN, RD, PA, NP, or Pharmacist.
  • Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) certification is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in coordinating and conducting diabetes education, with a strong background in diabetes technology.
Additional Requirements for Senior CDS Role
  • Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) certification is required.
  • 4+ years of clinical diabetes education experience.
  • Experience in coordinating and conducting diabetes device education in the medical device industry is preferred.
